So today I tell you the best clinically proven weight loss diet plan. This diet plan helps you in weight loss. There is no need to get any medicine or a strict diet. The diet plan is very simple. This diet plan is clinically proven and it has no side effect. A person has aged more than 16 can easily use this diet plan.

So the weight loss diet plan:

6:00AM to 7:00AM

• Drink 1 glass of Lemon water. (Lemon water helps you to Boost your metabolism, which helps you in weight loss, and it helps you to feel healthy. Metabolism is the main factor for weight loss.)

• After that Do a Minimum walk for 35 min (After drinking the lemon water, If you do walking or do any other exercise, It helps you to do more weight loss.)

8:00AM to 9:00AM


• Eat 2 Slices of Brown Bread, Add onion, Tomato, Cucumber and Salt according to your taste.

• You can also Eat 1 bowl of Fruit, but not eat Banana, Mango.

11:00AM to 11:30AM

• Drink 1 cup of Green Tea + 5 soaked almonds

• Drink 1 Glass of Buttermilk + 5 soaked almonds

2:00PM to 3:00PM


• Eat 3 Chapati or Roti+ Sabji+ Dahi+ 1 Plate of Cucumber

4:30 PM to 5:00 PM

• Drink 1 cup of Green Tea + 5 soaked almonds


• Drink 1 Glass of Buttermilk + 5 soaked almonds

7:00 PM to 8:00 PM


• Eat 3 Chapati or Roti+ Sabji

• Eat 2 Slice of Brown Bread + Vegetable Soup+ 1 plate of Cucumber

This diet plan helps you in Weight loss, this diet plan is personally used by me, so believe me this is the best diet plan. I personally lose 15kg in 2 months. There are lots of other things that you should Avoid. I am giving you a chart, In that chart, there are some which you should not eat.
